I’ve recently made a video about designing landscapes specifically for the Colorado region. Having created landscape designs in climates very different from Colorado, we really have some unique challenges and opportunities for garden design. Although I created this video with the Denver/Boulder area in mind, my comments apply to the whole front range and perhaps even more so up in the mountains. Because we have long winters, it’s important for a garden to be beautiful all four seasons. Some winter landscape photos are included. Well, I have officially entered the world of YouTube! This video incorporates the same Altgelt & Associates landscape design images that I have posted on my main site, with the addition of a lovely Brahms Intermezzo for background music.
